I was beating myself up about the financial trouble I had gotten into and was very embarrassed that it had came to me filing bankruptcy. When I had my consultation with Jessica and expressed how I was feeling she was so companionate and told me there was nothing to be embarrassed about and that as long as I learned from what got me into the situation I was in and do my best to not get there again then that's all that matters. She ALWAYS got back to me within just a few hours even if it was on a weekend and I told her she could wait until the next business day. She was very good and explaining the steps that I was going to have to go through and was right there if I had any questions.
