Shelly Perkins is a great Attorney. Trust me when I say listen to her and take her to advise as she know what she is talking about.

Called to ask if Josh put correct email on a summons and was very rudely spoken with by someone who answered the phone refused to say who she was or where she worked. I informed her I sent an email and was trying to find out if he was going to respond before the end of the weekend or if he was out instead she kept wanting all my personal information even though i kept telling her i wasnt comfortable giving it out. Then very rudely after she made me tell her something vague about it she told me he is out of the office and she didnt know when he would return. How is that ok? Since im not an attorney I cant speak to one thats suing me or know how to contact him?

Child custody cases are of course always a time of emotions, and upheaval. After looking at the aspects of our particular case, Shelly quickly and efficiently came up with options for us. It wasn't a hurry up and wait...it was concise, and right now. I'm sure that wouldn't be true for all cases. I do believe that she and her staff had my family's best interests in mind. It was obvious within moments that her staff was professional, thoughtful, and well meaning. Our paperwork was prepared carefully, and expeditiously. I'm sure that we did not have the most important case for her office...but not once did it ever feel as if we were taking up anyone's time. I would suggest that if you need an office that cares, has attention to detail, knows the needs of its client, and obvious experience in child custody cases...look no further than Perkins Law.

Shelly and her team were completely professional. She earned my trust and respect after what turned out to be just a brief time. I am completely confident that with her experience and expertise we would have prevailed had the situation lasted longer and gone to court.

I think Shelly Perkins is a great attorney and strategist. I had an extremely complex case and during our first meeting she developed a strategy on how to deal with the situation. We followed that strategy for a year with lots of twists and turns along the way and at each junction she gave me solid advice. Following her long term plan and guidance got me through to my ultimate goal, having my two girls safe and secure with me. I couldn't have done it without her and I would recommend her for any case but especially when it is complex and the deck is stacked against you.
