Difficulty reaching the organization by phone
“I called everyday for 3 weeks. I left messages and never got a return call. At the very least, someone could have called me back. Dont waste your time. They have disconnected the ability to even leave a message now.”

Inconsistent availability and unreliable service
“I went on Wednesday its suppose to be the walkin day which i went very early cause it wad a walkin basic they came outside and told me about 2.00 pm they didnt have enough stafc. Th That i would have to call back on thurs ,which i did with messages no answer or replies. Not very dependable.”

“I'm in desperate need of their help, I'v spent the last 4 days trying to contact them with multiple visits on sight within their operation hours and several phone calls. Doors are locked, no one answers.”
