My name is Nicole Clain. Had to go through my daughters account to post this.. I give this place 1 star because of my personal experience with my lawyer Drew Betts. She is very new to the game and obviously knows very little about how the court system works. She never once even asked me for any evidence for my case, I just provided some because I knew we needed it and thank god I did. I had to call and leave multiple messages with her to ever even get a call back. I literally lost everything because of her. Because she wasn’t prepared with the right questions or knew what the judge was actually looking for. I lost custody of my son to his drunk, unpredictable dad. Who can’t even be bothered to pick his son up from school when he is sick. I beg u to find another more experienced lawyer!!

Karen Costello is the attorney who I would trust. And this is true not because she provided me with the service which I was expected to receive from her according to our original scenario. She did better work for me by making me think She is an ethical person who prevented me from taking a wrong step and helped me to avoid unnecessary financial and moral expenses.

I started my case with Vasiliki. I was aware that she had minimal experience and expertise in the area but she assured me that she did have the backup of Karen Costello and resources to go to for help when needed. We made a game plan together as to how to go about handling my case. Soon after our initial consultation she did completely the opposite of what we discussed and when I complained about it she withdrew as council and of course used up my entire retainer benefitting nothing to my case-and actually hindering it in my opinion. When I went over the billing statement and contacted Karen Costello regarding the matter I brought to her attention the double billing and misrepresentation of truth. She showed no interest in making it right. This Firm is inexperienced and lacking in too many areas to list here. My personal experience with them left me feeling that they were unethical and do not care about their clients and or their reputation.

Very thorough. She took the time to explore all options of my case and devised an equitable solution. I would recommend Ms. Costello to anyone.

This is a highly skilled attorney who listened and remedied our problem. Her hard work and ability to think outside the box resulted in a not guilty verdict and my family will always be indebted to her. Gerald Strebendt

I would not hire Ms. Costello again as she really didn't do my case justice. She floundered after taking my retainer and even I not being an attorney, could have presented my case better. She was not invested in my case.

Karen is a genuinely good person and it shows in her work! She truly cares for her clients and does everything possible to help them, including advising them if what they are "wanting" is the best thing for the case. Sometimes there are other ways of looking at things and going about them. She's phenomenal in every aspect of the word!
