Many years ago my wife and I were involved with a very complicated and difficult (and almost impossible to describe briefly) real estate transaction involving real estate fraud. We were not motivated so much by our personal experience but by a desire to stop an activity we believed was hurting many other people over many years. Our attempts to involve white collar law enforcement had not been successful at that time. Dan and his then partner took on our case on a mostly contingency basis. It led to a spectacular, dramatic, and lengthy civil trial. Dan worked with great energy, imagination, and dedication and pulled off a spectacular win, appealed (and upheld all the way) to the Oregon Supreme Court. I have no hesitation in giving him the highest possible recommendation.

The day we met Dan at his office, we knew he could take care of our needs. He was very knowlegeable about the whole process on our temorary land use permit. He guided us through every step. Not only did he treat us like we were human beings he coached us in the process. He worked very well with the staff from Lane County and that was a big plus for us, as we were changing what things we could do on our property. He was very professional and at the same time was making sure that we did everything in a cost efficient way. We know that most definetly in the future if we ever need an attorney we will call Dan.

He told me roughly what to expect as we worked through the lawsuit...He always told me what his fees were ..and allowed us to pay as we were going through the process.
