I wish doing that business were always like this. After a few weeks preparing our documents derived from information they had obtained from us, they laid it all out as clearly as you could imagine. The information was new to us, and they led us by the hand, following a lucid presentation. Unhurried, they got us through it all in less than two hours. They're nice people and wish to help us, which they have done expertly.

It took us a while due to a few illness issues we encountered at home but Zach was always understanding and quickly adjusted his schedule to accommodate our schedule.
