The Roseburg office (Marcy, Derek and Whitney) has been wonderful to our family. We have been going through such a difficult time and they have guided us and supported us all along the way. They are always available for questions and to take care of our legal needs. They show they really care about us and are fighting for us! As a client of Schlesinger & Devillenuve, I could not be more satisfied with the outcome of my case. I am permanently disabled and chronically Ill and spend months at a time inpatient in the hospital so to have to try navigate literally anything else while being on life supportive measures, is at time, an impossible undertaking. After three long years I finally got word today my disability has been approved and I can tell you it would not have been possible without Emily Shack and Dave Weber at Schlesinger & deVilleneuve attorneys. Dave worked very close with me on getting everything I needed, in fact I would consider him a friend after all this. They worked many a long hours getting my case ready for my hearing and for that I can’t thank them enough. I feel I was and misdirected when I called and I was told that if I wasn't happy with my current representation that I possibly would be accepted as a client which seemed promising so armed with that info I acted accordingly. I was not lied to but I feel either I misunderstood what was happening or...... Either way at the end of the day I'm now more stressed than I was before and scrambling to find someone who can help with this because as it stands it's been 3 months since workman's comp has paid me for my injury and I'm on my last limb as I reach out for help.i was wrong for my previous review as I was wrong and just lashing out because everything feels like a dead end when all I want is help so I can proceed with my life and get the help i need.
