This was a consultation about my rights in the carrying out of a will as Personal Representative. Attny Wasley was on point and advised me on one aspect I had to address. Problem solved.

When you find that you are in a situation where you need an attorney, you may already be frustrated or be anxious. You’re calling because you need answers or help now, not next week. I found myself in a very stressful situation and I needed help now! I called the office of Philip Wasley and was given a phone appointment very quickly. He was attentive and was able to ask me the right questions to understand my situation. I thought my situation was unique but he let me know this happens more often than I thought. Philip Wasley was very knowledgeable about the law and was able to help make a plan for the next step. He was able to help me understand what would need to happen, what I needed to gather and how I should expect to support my situation. Mr. Wasley helped me to help myself. After our first appointment I found that I had extreme anxiety about my situation and would call with questions and new information and to my surprise he took my call every time he was able to. I never had to wait for days and this was amazing. You don’t always know to turn left or right, sit or stand, stop or move forward. Mr Wasley walked me through and I didn’t have to guess because there was clear direction every step of the way. The support staff is also amazing, friendly and helpful. Thank you Mr. Wasley for your knowledge , courteous staff and for helping me to find my footing. My anxiety was replaced with confidence and a plan.

Was referred to this attorney for a free consultation through a work program and 8 seconds into me explaining the situation, i was cut off and told that if I’m not done speaking in 5 seconds that I’ll just need to make another appointment. Extremely unprofessional, rude and belittling. Would never recommend to anyone unless you’d like to be spoken to like a child.
