Put my truck in the ditch to avoid an accident and two hours later police show up at my house ..three officers including the chief tag teamed me in the driveway for over an hour about what happened and then without cause pursued a DUI case against me after the fact as well as Other charges…. I hired Anna the next day based on her amazing reviews from other clients and was not disappointed… First thing that happened…We had a hearing with the Dmv to challenge the suspension of my license for one year… which is rarely successful … But after the arresting officer presented his report of the incident to the administrative judge…… Anna very quickly saw many issues with the report… The most severe one being coercion and lack of probable cause to pursue a DUI case … The officers had also violated my right to refuse Under the implied consent law ……as well as several other issues with the investigation… in her cross examination of the report she pointed out the coercion and the inconsistencies in the report and explained that The officers did not have probable cause to pursue a DUI case …. … as a result the judge ruled the charges invalid… and did not suspend my license… And as a result of her cross examination All charges were dropped…… Anna is amazing she’s very knowledgeable in the law and can quickly analyze the situation and know how to move forward in the best way possible… If you need an attorney do not hesitate to hire her you will not be disappointed….
