I was facing a trumped-up assault charge after being attacked by a drunk and things seemed hopeless, until I met Bryan. From day 1 he seemed to know exactly how to proceed with the case, he prepared me for every eventuality and worked my case to the fullest all the way to the end, I owe him my freedom. Bryan is far above the average in his line of work, there is no one else I would more highly recommend.

Bryan was so easy to talk to and ask questions. He helped me with my first offense so I had no idea what to expect through the whole experience, but he eased the pain. Bryan explained everything thoroughly and made use of the time we had together to make sure I understood everything that was going on. Bryan is nothing but professional but also knows how to lighten the mood with jokes or some sarcasm. Bryan was always easy to get a hold of as soon as I needed him and was quick to respond with emails. I had family with me with every meeting I had with Bryan, but he always made it clear that it was just fine to ask my family to leave if I needed to discuss private matter with him, which I really appreciated. I was falsely accused of something. The problem, I didn't know what to do or how to defend myself. Bryan gave me a step by step plan and strategy to take on the false allegations. He was always easily accessible and listened with attention to detail while giving clear feedback on what was essential and what was not. His litigation was masterful, he made use of the facts in his arguments that only someone with expertise in the law would know how to utilize. He understood how to use litigation to show the allegations were false even when the odds were against me. Most importantly, he respected my resources. I never felt as though he was trying to make money off of me. He ALWAYS put my best interest first and would clearly talk through the many decisions and outcomes and the costs associated with them. I cannot recommend Bryan enough. I was fully satisfied with Bryan's results in my case and the professionalism, intensity, intelligence and sincerity he brought to the case.

I was referred to Bryan by another attorney to help me resolve a Student Code of Conduct dispute with my school that could have resulted in an expulsion. He helped me draft a letter to the administration that asserted my rights and identified errors in the way that they had handled my case. The school dropped all the charges later that afternoon, without so much as a hearing. It was obvious that Bryan knew more about the legal and administrative procedures in play in my case than the college did, which was a huge comfort and advantage. Mr Boender not only accomplished exactly what I hired him for, but he did an excellent job along the way. He is very down to earth and not the least bit aloof, a very easy person to talk to.
