Don did an incredible job in the case of Larry Woody who was involved in a terrible accident when an 18 wheeler hit him and he was blinded. During his investigation, Don and his team discovered that the trucking company’s insurance would not be able to cover the harm done to Larry. As it turns out, the trucking company had not received the amount of insurance it had ordered. In order to get Larry the help he would need, Don went on to represent the trucking company in a lawsuit against their insurance broker. The proceeds from that case were then given to Larry, allowing him to continue living his life.
