My attorney, Erin Uhlemann, handled my bankruptcy case. Unfortunately I was forced to file bankruptcy due to outstanding medical bills. Ms. Uhlemann helped me to understand the rules and requirements for doing so and made the entire process, start to finish, easy and quite painless. She was also very kind and compassionate and made me feel less 'embarrassed' about the situation I was in. I had talked to a few friends and family about filing for bankruptcy due to an overwhelming amount of debt. I had many people tell me to be prepared for the stress that comes along with it. When I found Erin and had my first appt I was very nervous. She made everything so easy and smooth! I had all my information ready for her, there was even things that got brought up from my past marriage that I had no idea would affect my bankrupcy and she made it so effortless I swear she did all the work. All I had to do through the whole process was answer a few questions via email or text and show up to my court date with her.
