Benjamin was our attorney for filing for a Green card and adjustment of status (based on marriage to an American citizen) and we received excellent service. Benjamin and his team are highly experienced, methodical, patient and organized. We received clear explanation and instructions for each step of the process and payments. He was quick to guide us when we received an RFE (no fault of ours or Benjamin's: USCIS requested for documents we had already submitted) and our process application did not suffer much. He and his team respond well by email and phone and we had no problems. At the final stage of the interview, our documents were arranged in order for us to carry with us, we had a meeting to guide us regarding the expectations of the immigration official and Benjamin was present over the phone during the interview itself. From beginning to end, it took our application 1 year to result in the issue of a green card. We are very happy and satisficed with the service we received and would recommend his services for immigration related legal help.
