Benjamin and his team assisted my wife and I with our Adjustment of Status (Green Card through marriage). I highly recommend using his services if you need an immigration attorney. Him and his team are very accessible; always responded to e-mails within 24 hours (usually responded the same day). His legal assistants were also always available to talk on the phone. They basically did everything for us; we just had to provide the documents they asked and they did the rest. We believe our interview at USCIS was very smooth because the application was very well prepared by Benjamin and his team. On top of all of that, his rates are very affordable. I can't thank them enough!

Contacting Mr. Benjamin Beijing Wang was probably the best decision I have made in a very long time. He has been there with us almost from the beginning. Well, my story started with trying to find a lawyer to help me achieve the impossible in my immigration case. I came to the U.S. in 2003 and after 15 years was still unable to receive my permanent residency. I had already been to 4 or 5 immigration lawyers in California who tried to help me apply for residency, but the attempts did not work. I began to lose hope about my immigration status. That is when one of the attorneys I consulted with referred me to Benjamin Wang. He listened to my situation carefully and analyzed it thoroughly. He then gave me predictions of every aspect of the immigration benefits I could apply for. He was very frank and upfront about my situation and told me that I could apply for the I-601A waiver and the immigrant visa. Thanks to him, I have been able to stay in the U.S. with my family. Benjamin Wang has a very good team with him who helped me through every step as I got all my documents together and prepared for my immigrant visa interview. My case took more than 2 years, and I now have my immigrant visa. I will receive my Green Card in a few weeks, all thanks to Mr. Wang and his excellent team. I will use their services in the future for myself and will recommend his firm to my friends and family members. I cannot thank him enough.
