Keith Semple. I really appreciate the time and effort that you have put into my case. Being injured in the job is not the easiest thing in the world and you have always been so patient explaining all the process step by step. You have always kept me very well informed about what is happening, what my choices are and what we can expect. You are the best. I would highly recommend Keith to anybody that has a worker's comp case.

I am so thankful I found Keith, his knowledge and expertise is amazing. The first thing he did was point me to a new physician and I finally got a little relief. He then went through all my previous papers and feeling I hadn't been compensated enough for my disability, got it increased. When my vocational retraining plan was denied, Keith's appeal and performance at the hearing was brilliant. He eventually got the denial reversed. I had another attorney ( I am not going to use this forum to discuss what went wrong) but let me tell you what went absolutely right. I hired Keith this was the best decision I have done year to date. I needed help to navigate the process as it was very confusing for me. Keith took every call and answered every voicemail same day. He took the time and was extremely courteous when explaining all of the ins and outs and answered every question I had taking the time to make sure I understood his answer. None of my questions ever stumped Keith and I felt very confidant that he knew the law and could see me through. The case is settled and while the details are not important, suffice to say I am satisfied with the outcome and needless to say with Keith himself. I am a 36 year old female that worked in the lumber mill industry. I herniated two discs in my lower back when lifting rolls of veneer. My employer at the time, and their insurance company denied my claim for work comp. Keith Semple has spent four years battling the insurance company for me. We succeeded in getting my claim accepted and my back surgery paid for. Keith also fought to get me the time loss benefits that the company owed me for all the back wages lost. Not only is Keith effective, he's patient as well. I've been terrible about keeping in touch, between a bizarre work schedule and family members in & out of the hospital. Mr. Semple has kept me in the loop even when I failed on my end. Most recently he informed me the insurance company we've been dealing with (a foot-dragging bunch, at best) have decided to give us exactly what we've been asking for. Without having to go to war! Don't know if it's the "power of the letterhead" or a deserved reputation that convinced 'em to switch their position, and frankly I don't really care. Results are what matter. Mr. Semple has my enthusiastic endorsement as a Worker's Comp advocate.
