Do not hire her this was a giant wast of my money and my time she did a lot of things with out consulting me and when I pointed out and simply asked why I’m being charged for some things she acted like a child threw a fit and left with no explanation I would not recommend her to anyone please save your self the pain and do not hire her

Mindy is the best! I knew from the first meeting she would be exactly what I needed in representation for my divorce. She's a shark, a fellow New Yorker transplant and excellent in law representation. Don't look any further, she's the best in very difficult situations.

Many times asked the same questions repeatedly, often seemed disengaged from my case. Sometimes that appeared to be the result of Mindy being preoccupied with the cases of other clients, other times it seemed she just didn’t put in the time and attention necessary. Ignored specific requests, leading to billed hours that were unnecessary. Also at times would unnecessarily heighten the tension through language used and demands that were not made by me. While working my case, she did not affect any negotiations in my favor whatsoever. Could be very crass, which honestly would not be an issue had Mindy brought some value to the case. Overall just not in any way satisfied with my representation by Mindy Wekselblatt.

Mindy is tenacious. I have received exceptional service and advice from her. My case was messy and difficult. Her knowledge and experience were indispensable in guiding me through my case. I went to her because her rates were reasonable but I recommend her to all for her service.

Mindy helped me navigate the system at a difficult time. Her no nonsense and creative approach ensured me a secure future with my children. As a guy, I was afraid the “system” would not be on my side but she made sure it was. She has my gratitude.
