Cons
1
Potential issues with responsiveness and communication
“I've left a couple of voice messages but no one has returned my call.”
2
Lack of transparency and potential conflicts of interest
“We have contacted lawyers throughout the entire state of Oregon & every lawyer we tried to hire asked to speak with him. He would suggust to them not to represent us. They all said you have a great case. We are interested but would like to 'confer' with your previous attorney. If you say no, they think you did something wrong so we said yes, they spoke with him and then would say, sorry were not interested. What is going on in the state of Oregon. He would not turn over the name or recording of the female doctor expert witness in Corvallis who actually, we heard on the recording say what damage our doctor did that was negligent. Why? We have been contacted by a confidential source who has told us they believe he is in the hospitals' pocket. They would have had to pay him more than a million to drop our case.”
