As a former registered nurse, Beatrice gets it. I consulted with her on insurance issues related to an accident related injury. She understood what my concerns were and clearly explained the legal issues involved. Ultimately, I did not proceed, but would have used Beatrice if I did. She took time to listen and did an excellent job of communicating.
