Phil took my case simply to help me with the injustices of the personal auto world. My own insurance company was not backing me up regarding an accident that was NOT my fault, and Phil took care of everything. Albeit, my case was not grand, it was worth fighting for and after the "straight and narrow" wisdom Phil shared with me, the "righteous" prevailed. I find Phil, fair, honest, consistent, direct and full of "do right". Mr. Gilbert is a not only great but also hard working attorney. About 18 years ago my wife was involved in a car accident that her own insurance believed it was her fault and accepted the liability despite how my wife was trying to tell her side of the how the accident actually happened. A few months after the accident the case was settled with my wife at fault. She was so frustrated and upset with her own Insurance and told a co-worker about it. She was then referred to Mr. Gilbert by the co-worker friend. Phil listened and then investigated the location of the accident. He took the case and reversed the outcome through arbitration. He was able to prove to the arbitrator that it was the other driver at fault and the other side attorney was speechless. Since then, Phil had won 2 more cases for my wife and 1 for my daughter. My family is grateful for his service. It is the beginning of 2017 and I would like to take the first few days of the year to reflect and thank to a few respectable and honorable people. Phil was very helpful and attentive to my auto accident case. He was able to work through all the very complex details involved in the case and settled it in a timely manner and with a very positive outcome.

I had an on the job car accident. I was a passenger in a company vehicle. Hit by another company vehicle from another state while in another state I did not have a clue as what to do beyond workers comp. After getting the run around from my insurance company after my accident I was referred to Mr. Gilbert's office. While I don't think anything is timely with insurance claims. Mr Gilbert's office was attentive and timely on responding to messages and emails on any questions I had during the process and kept me up to date on what was next. He was respectful, kind and knowledgeable during our conversations. I was rear ended and the insurance companies made me feel it was my fault. After giving it to Mr Gilbert's office the stress of that went away as he took care of all of it. He took our case and did a wonderful job handling it all, to finally getting progressive to pay the totaled car. I learned: The worst part of an auto accident, after the impact and physical pain, is the amount of stress and worry that can slow your recovery. Mr. Gilbert & his staff did an excellent job for me and it didn't take long for me to realize I had placed my welfare in the right hands. Phil took my situation and not only answered all of my questions but crated an eloquent letter to a point where in negotiating my situation I felt as though I had all of the power. In a very real way I was able to rectify a situation that was upsetting for my family to a point where the other party appreciated my perspective. All based on a situation where I was implicated of wrong doing. Phil showed an acute understanding of the dynamics of hospital protocol and the rights of myself as an individual who was under duress who became implicated wrongfully of my behavior to protect my familiy's rights. I met with him and I was pleasantly surprised to meet a down to earth attorney that wanted to help. Mr. Gilbert represented me in a case for my business with a disgruntled client. He worked quickly in resolving the manner in a best case scenario for me.
