We had found ourselves in a peculiar real estate claim after discovering a mound of damage and rot to our home’s foundation that wasn’t disclosed in our sellers/buyer’s agreement. He was very honest with us that the bread and butter of his practice lied mostly in personal injury claims, but he had some experience in construction/real estate law as well. I got into contact Ethan after receiving a small claims summons regarding a medical bill that went to collections that stemmed from a car accident.
