I hired Mr Garcia to help me deal with some bullies in my trailer park. We scheduled a mtg with the owner and manager, but he criticized me in front of them more that once. When I asked him his opinion on something, he replied he had not been listening (in front of the people I am trying to communicate my wishes to). He added nothing to the meeting, and I was left to list my complaints and negotiate by my self. Two weeks after the mtg he could not recall the details of the mtg when I asked him about it. For all of that he charged me $1500.00 He was more excited to meet the wealthy owner of the park than to see that I got a fair deal.

Mr. Garcia fought hard for me in a case where I was completely lost until I had a consultation with him. He was able to explain the law in an understandable manner and achieved the outcome I desperately needed. I would give him my highest recommendation!
