The service was superb! Scott spent a great amount of time with us explaining the details completely. He treated us with respect and didn’t drown us in legalese. By the time we signed the final document, we were very comfortable with the total process. We were sidetracked by other matters a couple of times, but they didn’t push us. Let us take all the time we needed. Highly recommend.

We recently worked with Scott and his team to finalize our personal trusts. Scott is very professional and has a good sense of humor. He patiently explained the sections of the trusts to us and clearly outlined what we have to do next to ensure our assets are transferred into our trusts. Mr Knaupp helped us with our home foreclosure. He was amazing and never once made us feel uneducated. He explained things to us in a way that we could understand and made our experience with his firm a pleasure. We then turned to him for help with a lease to own home contract and he advised us on the contract. My calls, emails, and questions were answered promptly, courteously, clearly, and the other staff members that we interacted with were also friendly and very helpful. I worked with Brianne several years ago on a personal injury case and was very pleased with the results. I also consulted her last year when I thought I might need to update my will. She brought several things to my attention and explained what my options were and what the implications were for each. I ended up with an estate plan that really fits my needs, now and in the future, and will be much easier for my executor to handle than my previous will.
