My wife and I had our wills prepared today and we were very impressed with the professionalism shown by Mr. Knaupp. Everything about our experience was first-rate. Mr Knaupp helped us with our home foreclosure. He was amazing and never once made us feel uneducated. He explained things to us in a way that we could understand and made our experience with his firm a pleasure. We then turned to him for help with a lease to own home contract and he advised us on the contract. My calls, emails, and questions were answered promptly, courteously, clearly, and the other staff members that we interacted with were also friendly and very helpful.
