It took some time to get through the courts to get my felonies expunged which was due to Multnomah County backlog. I did get them expunged and I am thankful for that. However, it appears that the Federal Government will not recognize Oregon Expungements and I am still unable to pass a background check to purchase a fire arm. The attorneys who filed the motions to set aside have not returned my email or phone call. So paying to have the expungements has done nothing to restore my gun rights and was just a waste of time and money. While the cases are no longer there, they are still there on a Federal level and no one wants to follow up with me from this office to get this figured out.

The staff at the office was very friendly and helpful from the beginning. I was a little late to the appointment, and they were easy and accommodating; however, while meeting with counsel Alescia Davies Esq. She not only provided me with false or inaccurate information about my case but was biased, could not find strategies or provide options on how to effectively approach the case, and also charged an excessive amount of money, $7,500 to be exact, as a retainer for her limited experience.

Just called and asked if they do worker's comp claims, the receptionist said, "we do not." So why do they clearly have in their description "workers comp." Clearly they're just trying to drive more traffic here. Strange, a law firm specializing in false advertising. Update: after googling around for actual workmans comp attorneys, I found the web page in the picture. They actually purposely lie on their website in order to misreperesent their services to the public and show up on searches. I'll be reporting this behavior to the state bar. Clearly this is an ethical violation (and illegal).
