Lack of responsiveness and communication

“4 weeks later he left me a VM saying he couldn't take my case. He asked that I call him back so we could talk about it a bit more and I tried calling and e-mailing to get a hold of him and he completely ghosted me and never responded again.”

Questionable legal practices and poor case management

“Improperly served me and put the wrong email address down. Will use any means to win a case and utilize shady casework. Case documents don't match Oregon State statutes and inconsistent case writing.”
