So incredibly helpful--highly recommend!!

I left message asking a call back. Too busy I guess. I called next day and was told to take my problems somewhere else. So I did and now we have a good attorney, unlike these people.

I had a great experience with Matthew and his associates. They were helpful and patient. I had a lot of questions, regarding a new situation to me. They were patient and willing to help me at every turn. They also were extremely communicative. I recommend anyone to their firm for help.

Genuinely very nice people, Brad Sands and Matthew Kehoe helped me for over a year in fighting my case, truly nice guys and extremely knowledgeable. I honestly can't sing their praises enough, from breaking down all the legal jargon to explaining what the next step in the process would be and managing all the stress on my behalf. I was in need of a real estate attorney and was referred by a friend. I had an offer accepted on a home and all was well, then we found out from the title company that the home had a Covenant, Condition, and Restriction with the deed. I have purchased homes in the past and the rules in the covenant sounded similar to an HOA which made me nervous. I was able to reach out to Soran Law, get some time scheduled, share the CC&R ahead of time, and had an attorney review it, then met and reviewed the covenant and informed me of what power it had/didn’t have. One of the best interactions I’ve had with an attorney. I will always use this firm for any Oregon real estate legal advice and recommend them to anyone. Thank you for all the help!!!!

Scam. I fired this firm for representation because they did not make me feel like I was under good representation. Lacks confidence. They made me feel like they were against me and not with me. Don't waste your time with this firm.
