Incompetent and negligent legal representation
“I used Mike Fitzimons and this Law Firm for personal and business legal work for more than ten years. Unfortunately, I used Mike Fitzimons to represent me during my divorce and with the custody of my children. I have learned that Mike and this law firm are incompetent. This is probably the worst child custody firm in the state. Ultimately, I was able to see my children again, and get to 50% custody despite Mike Fitzimons and this awful law firm.”

“Incredibly rude and insensitive staff on the phone. Can't say how the actual law service is because if I'm going to hire an attorney, I hope their staff will be kind. Do better!”
