Fantastic lawyer! I never thought I'd be one to need a lawyer but after one DUI in the Midwest and now one in Oregon I knew I needed legal counsel. Oregon has very tough DUI laws. After my arrest I called Brian a few days later. He got back to me within 24 hours. He was very calm and we had a free consultation where I described my past and what had happened. My BAC was high (above a 0.15). He said he would be willing to represent me if I wanted. Since I was distressed he told me to think about it and get back to him once I considered it. I liked he didn't pressure me into anything. I looked up reviews prior to hiring him and decided to go with it. He was available via phone, text, and email. He reviewed the police report, my previous dui documentation, and body cam images. He said I would not need to appear in court as he was my lawyer and would take care of everything he could. There were too many unknowns in the beginning to give me a likely outcome, but I trusted his expertise and judgement. I let him take the wheel. He handled the DMV hearing and the initial court date. He was very good about following up and giving an overview of the meetings. He then went to the sentencing hearing and got my case reduced to diversion. I am just very thankful no one was hurt and that Brian was able to help me get back to "normal" daily life. I have had much time to reflect and never ever want to go through that again. I will now be doing my diversion (interlock device, alcohol evaluation, sobriety, counseling, fees, victim impact panel, etc.). It is my job not to mess up again and I fully understand that. Brian has been a blessing and I am sure my outcome would have been quite different without his help. In the beginning it felt like a gamble... but I'M SURE GLAD I DID!!!

Brian is a patient and kind lawyer who took good care of me, underpromised and over delivered. I think even he was surprised at the amazing outcome of my case (dismissed!) But I am not.
