My case began in around September October it has been 10 months the judge yelled at her last month to get her gear in order and provide a defense the only action is occurred this entire time has been in within the last 3 weeks I've only had one face-to-face meeting and one phone conversation Miss bettles has not considered any information that I've provided her which I do know for a fact would greatly help my defense she has provided no follow-up and she is funneled all communications through her paralegal Sierra. This Monday I will be firing her as my public defender and I will be requesting conflict counsel or I will be defending myself with the assistance of a legal services aid from San Diego in order to understand the steps that I need to take to defend myself without a shade tree defense attorney. This run around went well on into February to March of 2022 where I finally did fire miss bettles because she verbally berated me right outside the courtroom when I asked her what our defense was because she had never reviewed the material I had supplied her since then my case has been taken over by a alternate consul and will be going to trial this next August of 2022. You can only blame covid-19 for so much but when a class IV assault Misdemeaner takes over two years to deliberate you know something wrong is going on. I have not been able to move forward with my life and I have lost thousands of dollars with my low voltage work that I do due to the stringent background checks on my work platform and I cannot take out jobs that I am qualified to do because of the pending court case that has been delayed for so long thanks mostly in part to miss bettles office If she does this poorly when she's doing pro bono work then why would you invest actual money into her for her services?

Just wants your money before weighing all the options. Went to Josh Guest and he got our case dismissed in one day in less than a hour at a reasonable rate. Phil wanted $2500, Josh did it for $450

Diana Bettle really was a god sent during my worst times in my life. She took me in after hearing my case even when she was booked for months. She helped me with my divorce and gave me peace of mind that everything would be ok. And she was right. Everything was ok because of her. I would give her 10 stars if I could.
