Unprofessional conduct in the courtroom, including inappropriate behavior
“After witnessing her behavior in court, I strongly suggest against utilizing her services, her behavior is not professional during trials. She glares and rolls her eyes and then requests that the other people in court be quieted, stating they are being interruptive, however it is due to her poor conduct.”

Lack of responsiveness to client inquiries and poor customer service
“After leaving 2 messages over a week and a half, one with a receptionist and one voicemail asking the cost for a simple will, I have had no response from anyone. Very disappointing when trying to contact a supposed professional law firm.”

“My case began in around September October it has been 10 months the judge yelled at her last month to get her gear in order and provide a defense the only action is occurred this entire time has been in within the last 3 weeks I've only had one face-to-face meeting and one phone conversation Miss bettles has not considered any information that I've provided her which I do know for a fact would greatly help my defense she has provided no follow-up and she is funneled all communications through her paralegal Sierra.”
