they would not help with a custody issue for I'm disabled and in need of service. the bar referred me to them. they still refused. i needed them to help my child to feel safe from parent. they refused. they didn't even take time to help me file on my own and help me to prepare myself for court. i feel they should be defunded if there only going to do tenant landlord cases. legal aide was designed to help all people and not just there choices of people. I'm formally going to write a grievance towards to Oregon bar. this is not justice for all.
