Robert is great lawyer I trust him to help me out

I didn't get any help 😕

16° outside. We got a 24hr eviction notice. Legal aid has been telling me since August that they can not help with my 100% slum Lord land Lord and the neighbor literally threatening our lives UNLESS WE GET AN EVICTION NOTICE. So we were served. And they are STILL REFUSING TO OPEN THE DOOR TO GIVE US LEGAL ADVICE. THOUGH THEIR DOORS SAY FOR "CURRENT CLIENTS ONLY" APPARENTLY CALLING THEM SINCE AUGUST ABOUT THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM IS NOT A CURRENT CLIENT. SO AFTER I KEPT KNOCKING THE RECEPTIONIST SITTING THERE FINALLY SAID SOMETHING. THEN FINALLY CALLED CUZ HE KNEW WHO WE WERE. AGAIN THAT WOULD MEAN WE ARE CURRENT CLIENTS. THE RECEPTIONIST HAS REFUSED TO OPEN THE DOOR. AGAIN ITS 16° OUTSIDE. SO WE ARE WALKING BACK TO THE COURT HOUSE WITH HIM ON THE PHONE.

I lost my fiance of 11yrs, lost our home, I lost the use of my left upper arm, I'm 100% disabled & suffer agony 24/7. I've owned a mobile home in Elmwood Mobile Home Park for 18yrs. My sister in law was living in it the past 3 yrs. to care for it when I moved in w/my fiancé. The park owners were trying to keep me from moving back to my mobile home. They were clearly attempting to get my place cheap. A Scam! I had PTSD & serious anxiety attacks that required medication. I was barely functioning. From the moment I spoke with my hero, Ehren Paquett, I felt better. He took my case & won!! Erhen is so supportive, diligent, caring & was ALWAYS available to contact me too offer reassurance to calm me. He had 7 days to put the case together. I gave him a mountain of documents that span 18yrs. of my tenancy. He truly cares for his clients & goes way above the call of duty. I know for a fact I was so frail from the horrible events over the past 9 mos., I would not be alive had I had any other attorney. I hope your wonderful organization knows how valuable Mr. Paquette is to you & every life he touches. I hope you do all you can to keep Ehren on your staff. He will help so many people. Absolutely no help. I need a lawyer, and they referred me to the Oregon state bar modest means program. But they have no one to help.

Needs to be updated. Saw name of a former Attorney... Who is no longer practicing.

Very informative. The man I spoke was as MARINE and he helped square me away with some tenant/landlord rights. Recommend definitely for rental law info.
