She prepared and executed my Last Will, Durable Power of Attorney, Oregon Advance Directive, Burial Instructions, and Tangible Personal Property List. She recommended a Texas Land Sale Contract for one of my homes, several P.O.D. accounts for checking and savings accounts, and she explained all the details of a family existing Trust and tax implementations . She advised the dissolution of the Trust since the death of my parents and many of the details that involved in that process. Ms Cross did an excellent job getting my mother into Medicaid and all the ensuing paper was work and guidance she provided was great, she was very well versed in all aspects of elder law and never had to take extra time for answering all my questions.
