I needed a felony expungement. I'd been living with a felony record for 20 years over a crime that is now a misdemeanor. It has restricted my life in a lot of ways. I did some online window shopping for an attorney and Garrens fee was a fraction of what other attorneys were asking. I paid the fee, gave him my info and a few weeks later I received a letter that record was cleared. It feels so good to be free of that weight. Thank you.

Trustworthy and dependable.

Weak, ineffectual attorney is the best way to describe Jessica Piedimonte. She sat there and didn't say a word when the plaintiff lied through his teeth on the witness stand. I pointed it out to her the two times that he lied. She also didn't bring up the prosecution withholding evidence. She was supposed to be my defense attorney in a slam dunk case and she sat there like a bump on the log and did nothing. Didn't even tell me how I can appeal.

I hired Mr.Pedemonte to represent me in a criminal matter. From the first phone call to his office with Jessica I felt valued and heard. It’s not something you find with local attorneys. If you care about your freedom or the evidence of your case don’t ever work with Jessica. Hardly ever respond,and will not take your case seriously. If you’re looking for substantial court fees and someone who doesn’t listen I recommend Pedemonte law.

Garren Pedemonte was truly a sliver lining to myself and my family when my options appeared limited. I was dealing with a false accusation at the time, with a stalking order.
