Justin is a real life super hero! My younger brother was facing close to fifteen years in prison. He was being held on two measure 11 charges, plus an elude charge! We felt hopeless due to the extent of his charges. We were certain that prison was a definite course in our situation. Through extensive research and referrals, I concluded Mr. Justin Rosas was the best criminal defense in Southern Oregon. I contacted Justin and scheduled a consultation. He spoke with me for over an hour during the consultation with him which reassured me he was the absolute best for my brothers case, and would provide the best outcome. Shortly after we retained Justin, he was able to get the bail reduced for my brother, get him released and home. After four months of court appearances, and weekly meetings with Justin, it was finally over. We couldn't have expected a better conclusion! My brother has NO jail time, just probation, small amount of restitution fees, and community service! NO life altering permenant record, NO prison time, and NO measure 11 charges! Justin Rosas truly saved my brothers future. Without Justin, we would currently be making weekend trips up north to visit my brother in prison! Oh, and Justin's assistant Brandy is incredible! Being from another state, and now finding myself in custody in Oregon on some more than serious charges, I was more then worried and concerned knowing the seriousness and priors I had in CA. Not only that, but I was being portrayed in the news and newspapers by an overzealous detective by smearing my name and mug shot in all Western States stating false and some down right lies. With my record and priors and what looked like having to spend many years in prison, I had to find the best attorney(s) Oregon had. A lot of feedback from the older inmates kept leading me to Justin Rosa's and/or Jeni Feinberg. After having my mother get a hold of Justin, Justin soon had me brought down stairs for an attorney call with him. After a brief conversation with Justin, I knew that's who I wanted to have represent me. Justin also spoke very highly of Jeni Feinberg who I would describe as an OG (Veteran) attorney so I did what I thought would be in my best interest, I retained both Justin and Jeni to represent me. (No doubt the best working together attorneys since Shapiro and Cochran). Soon after having Justin post my bail, there were many meetings and court dates that lasted just over a year at which time either Justin & Jeni were able to appear on my behalf  saving me many trips, time & money by not having to go up to Oregon for a court hearing that last only but a few minutes. Justin & Jeni went above and beyond in performing their duties and I must say I couldn't of gotten the outcome I did if it wasn't for those two. To Justin and Jeni, Thank You so very much for your compassion and understanding in seeing that me and my family got through this ordeal and couldn't be happier with the end results. I cannot say enough nice things about Justin Rosas and his handling of my complicated legal case.
