I was absolutely frantic when I was served with custody paperwork. I had been battling with my daughters dad in and out of court over the course of ten years and never had representation. When I had a consultation with Ray, I immediately knew I wanted him in my corner. He asks all the right questions and truly dedicates his time to building your case. He was very thorough & made sure all our bases were covered. There’s no way I could have done this without his help. For the first time ever I was able to stand up against my daughters dad, speak my truth, tell my story, and be heard. It was an amazing relief to be done with court. Thank you to Ray and his team! Consulting with Ray for my divorce/custody case was the best thing I could have done! I decided to represent myself (before I knew Ray) but honestly had no idea where to begin. My court date was fast approaching by the time I found Ray which didn’t give him enough time to represent me but that didn’t stop him from going above and beyond to help make sure I was ready. I was never made to feel stupid. He was very kind and patient while he explained and helped me go through everything. By the time my court date came I felt very confident to be able to hold my own. I can assure you no one wants to go through this process. I can not thank Ray Churba enough for all of his help throughout the entire process. Not only did we have a great outcome but Ray was dedicated to making sure every detail was handled correctly. I can honestly say I feel comfortable moving forward now that our case is resolved.
