I was referred to you by a trusted friend of mine and client of yours.  When I contacted your office, I was immediately greeted with a polite and professional representative that provided me with a direct way to contact you.  This was on a Friday afternoon during an unprecedented heat wave creating havoc in our region. You responded quickly and allowed me the space to communicate the situation without feeling rushed.  At no point did you bring up the subject of  compensation for your time. You offered compassionate advice and continued to communicate with me over the course of the weekend into the following week knowing that ultimately we would not be hiring you due to geographical distance (based on your recommendation). Even after some communication challenges due to my remote location, you followed up and delivered referrals for attorneys in my Grandmother’s area that you thought could assist us more efficiently. In my experience, it is extremely rare to receive such quality customer service.  Especially when we are not technically a customer of yours.
