Kit was more than helpful to my roommates and I when our landlord put us in a very right spot. He had immediate knowledge of tennant law and was straightforward with us about our options, even putting our needs ahead of his own interests. He was easy to talk to, trustworthy, and did more for us than he had to. I WILL DEFINITELY go back to him for future legal advice.

Didn't respond to second email. Didn't really answer the question. not what I'd expect from a professional. Disappointed. Will change if receive another response.

Mr. Donnelly is great! He is very thorough, and willing to do everything possible to get the results you need. He was patient, and kind which I truly appreciated. He answered every question I had, and I left feeling 100% confident I had made the right choice by going to him. I highly recommend him and his firm to anyone.
