From the very begining of my case I was not sure Mr. Kinney ever even paid attention. He had a girl sitting with him taking notes as he stared off. He never took my calls or responded to my messages and I ended up talking to Julie more than him.

Kevin and his staff are both personable and very professional, and inspired confidence that my case was being handled skillfully and with a high level of integrity throughout the process. I always felt that his conduct throughout the case and his answers to my questions were direct and straightforward, and that he did an excellent job of keeping his (and my) "eye on the ball" with regard to staying focused on the issues and appropriate strategies to move the case forward toward the best possible outcome as the case evolved.
