My name is Alan Schultz and I am writing this in order to relate my most pleasant and productive association with Jesse Buss. He took on a task involving establishing title rights for a property purchase I wished to make. Not only were there liens that were not correctly dismissed by the lender, but said lenders were either dead or the company defunked. Through diligence and negotiation with the title company, he manage to get me a result which exceeded my expectation. He also helped iron out some issues of less importance but still needing attention.
