Very knowledgeable, never takes on more than he feels he can handle.

Wendell really helped me settle my late fathers estate. I had zero insight or knowledge of what the responsibilities of being a Personal Representative was, or what probate was. Wendell laid everything out for me in a way that was perfect for me to grasp everything. From day one until the very end, I never felt lost knowing I had Wendell and his assistant Lori to help me. I honestly can't imagine doing the same process again without them. They're very knowledgeable, had crystal clear guidance, and their process made the whole ordeal of being a personal representative and going through probate feel streamline. I can not recommend Wendell Belknap enough! I'm extremely satisfied with their work and very grateful I had him to help me.

My dad unexpectedly passed away. I had no clue what was expected of us to do so I went to Google. After researching a handful of Probate lawyers and making calls, I ultimately went with Wendell Belknap. My dad was a low key guy and it just clicked while reading through Wendell's website.
