Wendell and his staff were very helpful and understanding during through my mothers probate. He made the process of being a personal representative/executor simple to understand especially during a time of mourning. I would definitely call on him in the future if needed, and refer others to him to represent them.

Wendell was great to work with. He is friendly, hard working and will get great results. I was in a car accident (no fault of my own) and he helped me navigate how to get compensation from insurance companies and get me money for time I missed from work to have surgery. This is my long overdue review of my experience using Wendell to navigate the perils and pitfalls of my parents' estate. It was one of the most stressful and traumatic experiences in my life, but Wendell was a reliable rudder through the entire ordeal. He was unflappable, even through some really challenging setbacks, and he was incredibly affordable considering the wealth of experience he brings to the table. I recently reached out to him for real estate advice, and it was like chatting with a friend. He set me on a great path, and I felt like I had someone to fall back on if I need more assistance.

I recently completed probate for my dad's estate. Wendell provided expertise and guidance throughout the process, even held this Beaver's hand when necessary (not all Ducks will do that!). Greatly appreciated his kindness, caring, and knowledgeable approach as we navigated the sometimes choppy waters of the probate court system. Wendell is a fine attorney and I will not hesitate to use him again, if needed.

He's a good guy. Very knowledgeable, he is good at breaking legal concepts down so that they are easily understood. He took the time to answer questions and never rushed or acted impatient.
