Do not hire will take ur money and lie to you i have filed a compliant

While he does the work as of late I had to keep leaving messages to just get him to return calls and still no response. When case was going he would take his time unless pushed. He will tell you what you want to hear but follow through was another thing.

I can not say enough positive about these guys! When I was at my wits end, scared and being a praying Mama, Mark McLeod was amazing to talk to! He explained things very well to myself and my son! He worked with us from top to bottom on every issue we had! He was a great representation!!

I needed a lawyer to represent my brother and I in a dispute with our Father’s estate. Mark was recommended to me by another family member who had great success with him in the past. Mark met with me very shortly after I contacted him. We had a discussion of the issues and he said it sounded like we had a strong case. I gathered as many documents as I could find and handed them over and he went to work on the case. Mark was very knowledgeable about estate law and after many communications with the estate’s attorney it was decided that we go to mediation with a judge. This was during quarantine so these mediations happened over internet conferencing. Mark was awesome in court. He had documentation and great arguments to refute all the opposing attorney’s claims. We were awarded everything that we were fighting for. I have never been involved with court cases so it took longer than I originally thought it would, but I am very happy with the results. Mark was terrific, even through the covid crisis, he was able to get my case heard and won. Mark was very knowledgeable, understanding and explained the laws and statues in ways that a laymen could understand. I would highly recommend this law firm. And if needed, I will definitely use Mark in the future.

After choosing a law firm that was more after my money then helping me with my case i found Mcleod and Mcleod. Mark was very understanding and helped me through the very rough process that is divorce. I would recommend Mark to anyone I know. I found Mark to be quick to understand my situation and empathetic. After hearing my story he let me know that he thought I had a strong defense against a contempt charge... Over the next few months he dealt with the opposing attorney's harassment, which allowed me to stay focused on my work. When he did have to involve me to answer a discovery he validate, commiserated, and empathized with me. Mark McLeod is a wonderful, awesome attorney. He has been with me on a really ugly car accident case that has taken over 3 years to settle. The other side was just horrible and dragged this out for such a long time and suffice to say I ended up needing an attorney. Mr McLeod came along just in the nick of time. When you first meet him and throughout he seems really laid back but in reality he just has a TON of patience... I mean a TON. He is so very kindhearted and always looks for the best in people – attributing the best qualities to them, and going at things in a truly kind and gentle manner. If you are looking for a cut throat, 'do whatever it takes no matter who it hurts' type attorney, then Mark McLeod is NOT the right one for you. If you are looking for an honest, gentle, kind, 'do the right thing for your best interests' attorney then he will be perfect for you. After 3 years, he was able to negotiate an absolutely fantastic settlement which I felt was fair after everything the other side put me through, and for that I am so very grateful. I cant say anything but good things about Mark McLeod, and if you choose to hire him, you will be extremely blessed as well.

6 stars. Parental Alienation is abuse. Are you a victim of a narcissistic parent gone rogue? A textbook example of pain caused by Parental Alienation best describes my reality. Before working with this firm, I missed 13 years of my children's childhood and spent over $15,000 fighting parental alienation to no avail. I have worked with this firm for close to a year now. Though the weight of this crippling situation ever lingers, I could not be more pleased with all the hard work his firm has put into my case. Parental Alienation Syndrome or Hostile Aggressive Parenting was once overlooked by our judicial system. It now holds weight in the courtroom, but only if it can be exposed properly by representation to match the resistance you will face in court. You need a firm that can identify it, address it, and battle it head-on. Look no further if this review finds you up in arms regarding this crippling issue. Thank you McLeod & McLeod. Mark McCleod took $2500 of our hard earned money and said he would get the money we had stolen from us Plus atleast $60,000 for the wrong that was done. He never did anything but steal our money and move to Oregon, And then he made us give him all the paper work we had and then he totally messed it all up He is a criminal if I ever seen one and he needs to be banned from practicing law ever again. He is no more than a thief and a crook!!! He called 3-4 times a week untill he got the money then we could never get ahold of him, He lied and said he filed papers in Waupaca Co. I want my money back!!
