Mr. Ybarra was hired to help me through my divorce. He was kind and answered all my questions. He made recommendations but ALSO listened to my wants and needs. He made sure I had accurate answers for all my questions and communicated very clearly with me.

Just look at this man’s social media and you will see the hatred and bias this man has. He wrote me an email telling me that I’m not allowed to tell my son I miss him. Sound crazy? It is. This man needs a mental health evaluation. He’s more concerned that I’m babying my son as a mother than his father who admits to holding a gun to his child’s head and continues to not only abuse my child but to have guns as a convicted felon. This “man” loves abuse of power and is dangerous and should be disbarred. Don’t let him be appointed to be your child’s attorney because he’s a disgusting and hateful man who has no conscience and lies with every word.
