I hired David in February 2017 to manage a very difficult situation with my Dad who lived in Yamhill County at the time of his incident but for medical reasons we had to move him to Portland. David went out of his way to balance and mitigate the challenges of court appearances between Portland and McMinnville. He was professional at all times explaining the legal process, caring and understanding of our situation which was invaluable.

I recently hired David to take care of some legal issues for me. He walked me thru the process step by step explaining possible outcomes and options. He was able to reply via text or email or give me a ring quickly with a any questions I had . This helped me feel like a was on the right track and that David was watching my six. I highly recommend working with David if you ever encounter legal challenges .

I recently hired David Celuch to fight a traffic ticket. He was professional and easy to talk to from start to finish. He was able to find a way to get the ticket completely dismissed which is the outcome we were hoping for. I feel like he is very attentive to detail and I am very pleased that I hired him. I would most definitely recommend him to anyone.

David worked with me on a case of diversion violation due to food alcohol consumption. He was able to present in a way that after the prosecution reviewed what David presented the case was dropped!! Witnessing his cross examination skills was impressive. David was excellent in my case. I highly recommend his services.

I feel it was waist of 2 grand if you ask my opinion. I would look for someone ells if I had to choose again for someone to fight for me. Because I don’t know about you, but in my opinion that's what I want for my money is someone who fights for me.

Mr. Celuch was careless with my case. He failed to follow up with the D.A. He forgot key facts of the case. It seemed strange that someone with such a strong education pedigree and resume could be so disappointing. He took risks that damaged the case during a critical period where it may have been able to be settled when he offended the victim to a point of no return when he low-balling them with a laughable settlement offer which magnified the situation into nightmarish realms. It was as if my case was an experiment for him to see if he could win a case by doing everything apathetically.
