Ben is an awesome person and an incredible lawyer. He was the 3rd lawyer I met with after getting a dui. He was by far the number one choice. He came highly recommended from a number of people. He is a dedicated, hard working, honest attorney. He took time away form his personal time to talk with me for an hour on the phone on a Sunday afternoon, we hadn’t even met in person yet. Ben truly cares for his clients and is determined to get them the best outcome possible. After taking a hard look at the evidence, it was clear the only way out was to mitigate. Mr. Eder, Ben, is highly respected by the judges and prosecutors he works with daily. Ben was able to present the mitigating circumstances of my case to the prosecution, giving them a reason to lower my sentence to 90 days with alternate sentencing access. Out of 90 days, I spent seven days in custody and was granted home detention for an additional 40 days. I was injured in a car accident waiting to turn into my neighborhood on my commute home. Hiring David and the team at Thuemmel Uhle & Eder was the smartest thing I ever did. I can not say enough good things about my experience with David Eder! I was rear ended by an uninsured driver and thought I could handle the claim myself, after all I was dealing with my own insurance..I was wrong! about 2 months after my crash (wish it was sooner!) I contacted David. he has been very responsive and effective. To date he has settled my Diminished Value claim (while the bodily injury is still in process). I obtained my own DV report, again thinking I could do this on my own. The report gave a DV of $3,400, insurance only wanted to give me $1,100...I know that low ball number meant they would low ball everything. David got my insurance to pay out $3750! I couldn't believe he even got more than what the report I paid for suggested.
