My husband and I needed help collecting money from an insurance company after an accident and we weren’t getting very far on our own. We reached out to David and he knew exactly how to deal with the insurance company to help us recoup our losses and have our repairs done in a timely manner. David is very personable and was easy to work with. He was very responsive and took the lead, which took the pressure off of us. Would highly recommend him!!

My lawyer was Joel D. Sturm was aggressive, detailed and a great human being, who got a settlement 4x higher, than I had expected. We were at a good settlement amount and he gave another good push to the insurance company and we got 10% more. Mr. Eder is an excellent partner, who hired Joel. He had Joel work for him, as a student and after 7 years as an insurance lawyer Mr. Eder called and hired Joel for his experience. This firm I would put at the top of the lists for personal injury. I was referred to this firm by the US New and World Report #1 personal injury lawyer, in Portland. My case was too small for them. In this whole process, the doctor treated me did not care, the nurse did not care. The only professional that cared about me and how I was doing was my lawyer? I may have to give up lawyer jokes, after working with this firm and my lawyer Joel. I highly recommend this firm for personal injury.

David Eder was absolutely wonderful to work with. He fights extremely hard for his clients and we ended up with a settlement far above the original offer. I dealt with David Eder at Thuemmel Uhle & Eder for a car accident I was involved in. He was friendly and so easy to talk to. This review is long overdue. Could not say enough good things about this firm and David and Ben Eder themselves. David Eder did a phenomenal job representing me in an uphill battle personal injury case, where I was in a bad car accident the other year that screwed my back up pretty bad. Insurance was trying to ram rod me because of pre-existing conditions, but David fought tirelessly for me and never gave up, and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. I had never been in an accident that required an attorney before but after my car accident we were referred to David and his firm by an acting police officer to go after the man who hit us. And i am so glad we went with the advice. After multiple set backs with the man who hit us and his lies and then having to go after my insurance company. Due to their immediate lack of compassion after finding out the man was in fact not insured. They offered nothing in comparison to the time lost while recovering and the doctors appointments. 5 stars is not enough for David Eder. We had a challenging case that several attorneys refused to consider. David was not deterred and worked diligently for us - always keeping us updated on his progress. He secured a settlement much faster than we anticipated.
