Without a doubt, I was placed in the very best hands to help handle and direct my situation. I would not have been able to take care of things so quickly or efficiently with any other lawyer besides Jonathan. Jonathan assisted us through the acquisition of two businesses. One transaction was relatively complex with real property, shareholders, etc. He was very responsive and spot on with his review and recommendations.
