He helped me with myriad issues: he secured a Trademark; wrote contracts and non-disclosure agreements; wrote questionnaires we gave to our beta users; guided us in testing marketing strategies and then interpreting the data we obtained; answered (and continues to answer) numerous questions I have about the legality of using images I find online as well as other legal questions. He remains an invaluable part of our team. In fact I couldn't have done this without him.
