Patty Arjun has been my attorney on two very different cases that when combined involved pretty much every aspect of family law. I truly don’t know what I would have done without her as my advocate. Aaron and Jason took our case right after Christmas in 2017. It was a very complicated situation that involved a handful of different people, several cars, multiple hospitals, uninsured drivers, and a negligent insurance company which took nearly three years for us to reach a conclusion on. It would've been a certain dead end had it not been taken on by the expertise of this firm. They were always there to answer questions and walked us through every step of the process along the way. Ultimately they scored a win in our favor and after several negotiations with the other party, we've reached an agreement on a settlement in September of 2020. Seeing how hard they fight for their clients, my family has opted to return to Tillmann Law several times since this first case for other, less significant events, all of which have also resolved in our favor. She got me through the finalization of my divorce but most importantly, helped me with the custody of my children and finalization of my parenting plan. She was very detailed - there were days I would email her in completely panic and never once did she blow any of it off. What was important to me, was important to her. I would highly recommend DBMA Family Law to anyone who considers empathy and compassion to be necessary skills in steering you through often very emotional and complicated family matters. I first worked with Georgina Miltenberger 6 years ago on an adjustment to parenting time and support. She was a markedly more professional, intelligent, and experienced lawyer than the one I used for my divorce years before. When life brought me to a point this Spring where I needed to seek legal advice I immediately knew I would reach out to Georgina. I was pleasantly surprised that she remembered me well despite the case being a minor one so long ago. Working with her through the pandemic she showed an even higher level of empathy and compassion. We spent time consulting via zoom meetings and phone calls. She helped guide through the first steps to solve my problems. Though I had a situation where she did not represent me in court, the amount of time she spent in preparing me thoroughly gave me a solid foundation to present my case and ultimately culminated in the judge ruling in my favor. I don't know how I would have got through filing a FAPA order and going through a challenge hearing without her wide range of knowledge and experience to educate and guide me; I went into my hearing fully prepared. I know that by her character that the rest of the firm must be of the same merit as she; with that said I would chose any of the lawyers to represent me again in the future.
